For a whole decade the heroes of World of Warcraft rarely sorted things out in a direct conflict except the arenas. But now with the release of Battle for Azeroth, Alliance and Horde players will find themselves on the battlefield fighting against each other for the most important strategic points on the map.
Aug 24, 2018 More details will have to come later, but Swift Roundhouse is almost certainly still one of our strongest traits. The playstyle is still there, you just need 3 traits and its not quite as strong, although still very strong. My time is short since I have plans tonight, so we will work on getting the rest of it figured out over the next few days. Brewmasters DON'T take more damage than other tanks if they manage their defenses properly. I tank mythic on my brewmaster and I am always lowest on dmg taken out of the 2 tanks. The key is to manage all cooldowns and purify stagger quickly after a big hit. Also if things get tough you can kite around to let the healers fill you up.
The new expansion has also introduced an entire list of changes for each class, and it's going to be a rather hard choice to make which main to use. If you can't decide which DPS class you want to play during this expansion, then follow our guide for the seven best classes that should make it both easy and fun to level up.
Arcane Mage
Jan 16, 2018 Definately not worth keeping a tank at 40% while healers have nothing else to do, but its not a bad idea to give your brewmaster lower priority over other raid members, especially in high aoe dmg phases like imonar. https://hnbtunm.weebly.com/how-to-download-sims-on-mac.html. Brewmaster is the tanking specialization of Monks, and we possess a wide array of colorful and unique abilities. Brewmasters do not overly rely on avoiding damage through dodging and parrying attacks. Instead, we have an additional way of dealing with incoming damage, completely exclusive to Brewmaster.
Mage has always been a universally acclaimed DPS class, whether you were playing as Frost or Arcane. But in Battle for Azeroth expansion Arcane Mage becomes especially strong.
Both of its trademark abilities -- Arcane Blast and Arcane Explosion -- have reduced cast times and feel very powerful either you're targeting a single enemy or use AoE.
Arcane Intellect is now available once again! But the the best part is that Mage can now use PvP talents in the open world due to the brand new War Mode system. This opens up some amazing possibilities for Mage players, including the beginners.
Subtlety Rogue
In case pure damage classes aren't your thing, here's Subtlety Rogue, which is incredibly versatile in terms of both single target damage and defense capabilities.
Subtlety class is also a very good choice for raiding and dungeons due to the new level 100 talent -- Secret Technique, which creates clones of your hero that attack enemies.
Speaking of new abilities, Rogue has got a few really cool spells in Battle for Azeroth, such as:
Affliction Warlock
Affliction Warlock is considered by many players to be the best ranged DPS class in Battle for Azeroth. Although this class has been significantly overhauled since Legion expansion, which makes it not as good in PvP anymore, it still stands firm in the PvE.
The biggest changes touched the mana base of normal abilities, which now cost a lot less. But the crowd control abilities have become more expensive, which greatly changes the face of the PvP for Warlock players.
The best instant that Affliction class can now use in BfA is Summon Darkglare that extends the duration of all damage afflicted by 8 seconds. And that's a lot of damage we're talking about here!
Retribution Paladin![]()
The Retribution class wasn't particularly loved during the Legion period, but the developers managed to address the issues that bothered players and made Paladin great again.
Avenging Wrath spell now deals 20% more damage, healing and crit chance. This in combination with its powerful utility and defense abilities, such as Divine Shield and Blessing of Protection, that not only grant Paladin with great defensive mechanisms, but also influence its raid mates.
Sure, this class is still slow as heck and will not correspond to some players' needs, but the overall single target damage is one of the highest in the game.
Survival Hunter
Hunter is probably the easiest hero to start with. The Survival class is especially friendly to beginners due to its vast possibilities and high mobility. And if you compare it to other two Hunter classes, then in terms of damage, including AoE, Survival Hunter is beyond competition.
For example, if you take Flanking Strike spell, which has only 6 seconds cooldown, practically obliterates any enemy. That's without mentioning the pets that deal 50% additional damage per each enemy.
With this kind of power, if you decide to main as Survival Hunter in Battle for Azeroth, you will most likely never regret the choice.
Enhancement Shaman
The Enhancement class, unlike Mage, is purely damage oriented, which makes it a bit vulnerable on the defense side. But the new patch gives Shaman some interesting improvements in the shape of free Stormstrike cast by Stormbringer.
The overall cap of Maelstrom has been reduced from 150 to 100, but the cooldown is now also lower and stands at 9 seconds. This makes Enhancement Shaman excellent at single target burst damage.
The new mechanic, Capacitor Totem, previously known as Lightning Surge Totem, provides flexible AoE solution. So, even with all the changes this class still remains one of the strongest and will serve you well in BfA.
Outlaw Rogue
Rogue classes will definitely find their place in Uldir, and it looks like besides the Subtlety class an Outlaw Rogue will have an upper hand amongst all other DPS classes. https://hnbtunm.weebly.com/dmg-service.html.
Whereas Subtlety is focused mainly on single target damage, Outlaw can generate some significant AoE effects that will work well during raids. However, one thing that is common between these two classes is the defensive capabilities.
Also, Blizzard decided to remove all pirate synergies from the class, which may actually make veteran players happy after being forced to play as pirates for some time.

Recommended Raiding Build
Recommended Mythic+ Build
Boss specific recommendations and strategy:Raid BossesTier 1 (15)
Mist Wrap - Situational talent, good for when you will be casting a lot of Enveloping Mist.
Chi Wave - Basically never pick.
Chi Burst - Default talent, it's a 0 mana cost group heal and AoE damage spell, can also be good for M+ if Mist Wrap is not needed.
Tier 2 (30)
Celerity - Adds another charge of Roll and reduces its CD. Nothing wrong with it but prefer others.
Chi Torpedo - Makes you Roll very far and gives you a nice speed buff after rolling that stacks. Default choice for me. Mac adware cleaner reddit free.
Tiger’s Lust - Allows you to give speed and clear roots and snares on an ally. Can be very powerful in some dungeons / raid bosses particularly for its root clearing effect.
Tier 3 (45)
Lifecycles - Not very useful as it requires more Enveloping Mist casts to get good value then you would normally use. Okay in M+ because its passive and saves you a global over Mana Tea.
Spirit of the Crane - Very bad talent overall. Requires an immense amount of fistweaving to get better value than Mana Tea. Needs a raid fight where you dump all your mana, and then get 2-3 minutes of downtime to punch back your mana, basically never happens.
Mana Tea - The default talent for raiding, you want to fit as many expensive casts into this buff window as you can, primarily an Essence Font cast.
Tier 4 (60)
Tiger Tail Sweep - Okay passive talent that improves your Leg Sweep, this can be a decent talent if there is no need for Ring of Peace.
Song of Chi-Ji - Very situational AoE CC talent, does not see much use in PvE at all.
Ring of Peace - Very powerful spell. Has great use in M+ and occasionally raiding. Default choice for almost every situation.
Tier 5 (75)
Healing Elixir - A nice self heal button on a relatively short cooldown with 2 charges. Usually inferior to Diffuse Magic and Dampen Harm though.
Diffuse Magic - A 90 second cooldown 60% magic damage reduction is a very nice tool. The default choice for raiding that can save you in a lot of situations.
Dampen Harm - The replacement for Diffuse Magic when there is no magic damage. Dampen Harm works on both magical and physical damage, reducing damage taken by anywhere from 20% to 50% depending on how hard the ability hit you.
Brewmaster Pvp Bfa![]() Tier 6 (90)
Summon Jade Serpent Statue - The default talent for M+ and see’s a lot of use in raiding also. Can be set on a tank or target taking heavy damage and can be seen as a strong HoT. It will continue to channel on the target when they move out of range for a short time and will continue through line of sight too.
Refreshing Jade Wind- The option for when you need stacked up AoE healing and you don’t need Jade Serpent Statue for tank healing or other single target consistent healing. Refreshing Jade Wind will be one of your top healing spells on stacked fights, but it does cost a lot of globals to keep up that could have been used on Vivify.
Invoke Chi-Ji, the Red Crane - Gives you some extra healing for 25 seconds on a 3 minute cooldown. Basically never taken. Giving up Jade Serpent Statue or Refreshing Jade Wind for this weak 3 minute cooldown is not something we want to do unless there is a very niche situation.
Tier 7 (100)Do Brewmaster Have Good Aoe Dmg Bfa Review
Focused Thunder- Gives you an extra charge of Thunder Focus Tea. Note that the 2nd charge will not proc a 2nd Secret Infusion effect. Decent choice for M+ but can’t compete for raiding.
Upwelling - Greatly empowers your Essence Font. Allows you to “bank” extra essence font time while the spell is ready, up to 3 extra seconds on the cast. The secondary effect of the talent adds 4 seconds onto the Heal over Time left behind by Essence Font, which is also insanely powerful as it gives you more time to take advantage of the double mastery effect.
Brewmaster Monk Pvp Bfa
Rising Mist - What looks like an interesting talent to begin with turns out to just be worse in every way than the other 2 talents in this tier. Hopefully this will get buffed one day but for now, do not pick.
